| Well, if your a gamer like me, your always interested in what the best video game of the year is.
A lot of great games came out this year, my favourite is Skyrim. I think it will be between: Skyward Sword, Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Minecraft (jus' sayin'), or another game. This is just my personal preference.
Vote now, and if you choose Other, please say what the other would be.

C'mon. You have got to be kidding me. Just looked it up, looks like the result of Fable and Fallout having a baby. I didn't find the game altogether interesting, and based on it's B+ reviews, it's not really GOTY material. That's just my opinion, like really.

| Batman: Arkam City. Along with a ten out of ten review, it is bringing people who weren't fans of Batman before, like me! | |

| I vote Skyrim merely because of screenshots. I'm not a big gamer, but that game looks pretty awesome. | |

That's just my opinion, like really. Most of the reviews I found (IGN, PC Gamer, Machinima, etc.) all had reviews at 90 or above. I guess it might not seem interesting, but it's very engaging when you start playing. The game has a very interesting mechanic in a narrator that comments on your playing, helps you along, etc. Also, the soundtrack is amazing. It might not be a contender for GOTY in most cases, but I'm a big fan of it, so it's got my vote. Also, sorry for sounding kinda offensive in my previous reply. It was supposed to be facetious, but it didn't quite work out. It would have gone over much better in real life.

| No opinion. I spend about two hours/month on games, with the exception of when I'm at a certain friend of mine's house... | |

It's running for number one indie game in forever, it's actually quite well know in the gaming community. 2. I would hope GOTY goes to the best game of the year, not the most well know game of the year. Otherwise, it would just be MW3, which is a disgrace.

Agreed. It's a glorified expansion pack, and doesn't even have the great Hanz Zimmer to provide a great soundtrack.

I don't trust IGN, I seriously think they get bribed. They over-rate meh games, and don't rate excellent games high enough. Ranting aside, Bastion doesn't seem like something I'd pick up.
