That would be an automated software that keeps the forum structure running, I guess.
And some ranks -like mine- are symbolic only. These ranks you listed are merely a feature to keep count of your posts, you get nothing from it. Now, the highest one, I have no idea.

A bot is like google or yahoo, snooping around the forum. Its nothing to worry about.

You'll need 5000 posts to get to the highest rank. Have fun.

All I can say is make sure that you get a decent shot of every part that you want to include. Forgetting to take a picture of something and only realizing it when your MOC is destroyed is not fun.
